History of Presenting Illness/Situation
Three-week-old male infant with decreased oral intake for the last 3 days. Has been more fussy and has been vomiting since last night. Today he seems to be more sleepy and difficult to arouse.
Past Medical History/Background:
Previously healthy. Term SVD, GBS (-), no perinatal complications. Went home after 24 hours.
